While lawsuits must and likely all will be resolved individually with individual plaintiffs, in my view, it would be to my advantage if I'm the Treasury (& keep in mind that I control the Money Printing Press), to offer a Premium over the $17+ Valuation in order to mitigate in the overall public view any concerns that shareholders were being (haha further) abused.

I'm putting my big Stubbs & Wootton down on $22!
