I believe that includes about $1B AUM from RCP1. So the AUM for just RCP3 should be about 800M. That would make the total AUM for RCP2 plus RCP3 about $3.8B. Adding in a bit more for end of the year totals, I get about $4.3B AUM as my estimate for Dec. 31, 2017. Of course, we will get better numbers once the combined company (PIOE/RCP2/RCP3) files their financials in April or May (the 10-K for 2017!).
