Can anyone explain the 8-k thing. Have we seen any 8k's? Please tell me I haven't been missing them for the past 8 or nine months!
Is the reason because we are Alt Reporting that 8k's are not released. When Q4/annual fins come in audited, will we then not be Alt Reporting and will begin to see 8k's?
This came up elsewhere and I just don't know the exactly how this works. Thanks
