No. The way i understood it was, City MD is a Urgent Care type of place. They want to use one room in the Urgent Care Facility to do Dentistry. They pay royalties to whomever it may be (New York is City MD, here in Washington it is called Urgent Care)
I had to leave and then couldn't respond to you earlier nancy (no more posts, ahaha) but indeed what I heard on the call and again listening to a replay a short time ago is the following:
Mr. Berman plans to PARTNER with CityMD and pay them royalty to do ONCI's billing... ONCI will end up saving $5k-$7k per month as it won't need to rent an office it will have with CityMD.
The proposed 30 urgent care facilities our company is getting involved with over the next 24 months are related to this novel and innovative idea SB has to have "Mobile Dentistry" ... whereby our dental employees would take all dental equipment (unit-chair, drills, x-ray machines, water...) into various nursing homes, eldercare or assisted living facilities and the like to take care of patients in their place of residence...starting in the tri-state area... he called it revolutionary and would be sitting on a pot of gold... and be a leader!
I think he made reference to this operation in Indiana:
By the way, I had made 3 or 4 posts during the call and put them together for that last long one ... some of it needs slight revision but I've run out of time to do that, ahaha
