I agree....this bubble, crash, and recovery and subsequent reverberations are not the workings of one individual. Who knows how it will turn out. Personally I think we are in a bull within a larger bear, and residential real estate weakness will seed the next recession which will be cause consumers to cease their debt-fueled spending. The only thing that will cure that imo is time. Hopefully business spending will pick up the slack as the consumer has picked up the slack during the recent capex spending implosion.
