I agree with you... If there is a good ( or ANY) chance that taking B will prevent OM and thus prevent pain/suffering, and there are no significant side effects ( except for possibly treating any infection one may have and reducing any inflammation), then I would ( and have- with a large # of IPIX shares)) bet that ALL patients will take it prior to chemo/RT
