Spot on peregr! The best way to get a mix is to get Johnson/Pohl/Swartz to resign and NOT have their names on the white card.

Any white card with Johnson, Pohl or Swartz on it should be DESTROYED!

Thanks for the reply, Peregr. This is a hard choice because as you say by balancing the new/old + one more from either group succeeds in creating nothing new and a constant political struggle for control. It seems to be an unsolvable delimna but we all will just do our best I guess.
