What fork? The only fork that was known about was the SegWit2x fork and it's been canceled due to lack of consensus. That's partially what's to blame for the nearly $1000/BTC drop off of highs the other day.

It would have been a coincidence though, in order to fork you have to have massive mining power to make it happen, and CRCW isn't in the business of mining.

I don't know everything, but I do know that the Segwit2x fork, whether it goes through or not, has absolutely nothing to do with CRCW's 10-Q date.
