That is NOT at all the choice!!!

The choice is that we DON'T have to go with the "known dishonesty" nor "the unknown dishonesty" but that we need to create a situation where NEITHER OF BOTH get on top.

CEO King + 3 NEW PPHM and 3 NEW RONIN can hardly be called the one or the other because it is a MIXED bod where:

- we removed the KNOWN DISHONESTY (ES, DP, CJ) (in your words)
- crippled the UNKNOWN DISHONESTY (RONIN) of full 100 control(in your words)
- broke the inner KNOWN DISHONESTY Majority

We GET:

- CHANGE (6 NEW MEMBER on 7 BoD seats)
- NO control of BoD by either CJ, ES or DP nor RONIN
- New ideas, new experience, new address books
- CONTINUITY with CEO King
- a COMMON GOAL (PPHM+RONIN) for Avid expansion
- a COMMON GOAL (PPHM+RONIN) sell/license/partner IP/Pipelines
- NO risk that RONIN does the above for BREADCRUMBS
- TIME: the opportunity to see who does what in the BoD
- Solve HIGH remuneration problem of ES, DP and CJ
- Remove potential negative effect in negotiations of the BoD (ES, CJ and DP)
- etc, etc, etc

Doesn't sound backwards, does it?

AGAIN: NOT CHOOSING RONIN or PPHM bu UNBALANCING the PPHM WHITE CARD VOTE by voting all in EXCEPT DP, ES and CJ is IMO the solution to ACHIEVE the above.

Hi Geo. I would like to see the BOD balanced between the new and old guys. I do want to keep SK and I do not want to keep Swartz, Lytle or Pohl (not really loving any of the others either but...). It's really a tough call to keep any of them except King for me but I don't want to see all new con men come on board because I want King to remain. I know they will get rid of him or null his efforts quickly. I believe in King's abilities and believe he's been surrounded by vultures for many years, trying to bring the science to fruition. His temperament could be improved on (a mouse) but otherwise, I do believe he is the most capable man to run the science show.
