Fail on the OTC no heads are turned. SEC probably won't care. Fail on NASDAQ then begins the witch hunt. Probably playing it safe on the OTC. Just my guess. Or maybe he's using this forum to market his newest book. I wonder how many OTC dreamers have actually bought his book?
