I'm confused. Please help.


I am a shareholder here and have every right to question this company regardless.

Juan is the "acting CEO" as listed on official otc market site and Kate is not listed as acting but simply CFO. So is Juan really going to be CEO here.

DEFINITION of 'Interim CEO' A person appointed by a company's board of directors to assume the role of chief executive officer during a time of transition or as the result of the sudden departure of the company's previous CEO.

Honestly not sure if Juan has been a CEO before or understands what one does exactly but has me asking for more inflation and availability. Because he is the acting CEO makes me question how long he will be here?
