I think information about the CFO(Kate) and partner Ray is absolutely valuable DD. Given the fact that Kate has already been involved with a gold mining operation that is very similar before and was a total failure for investors is important. Juan as "acting CEO" ok as his credentials are incredible. Kate as CFO....now here is where this starts coming apart. Why Kate? Her past is not important as a factor here. How about her present? Contempt of court....Qedn CEO failure? So we are OK with Juan because his past is good but please don't judge Kate to the same standard? Throw in Ray Purdon here behind the scenes and you have an interesting group here. Check out his creditials...wow. I find it odd that how the discussion of facts is debated with grammar and spelling errors. I guess you use what you have even if it is nothing. Hell I guess the CFO uses the excuse English is not her first language so if press releases have errors not an issue but for god sakes if someone types on Internet forum with phone has errors god have no mercy.
