It's actually how it's supposed to be. It's in filings for everyone to see "acquisition". Until it's ready to be officially revealed they should say exactly that. We all want a nugget, and pinks are known for slipping info in emails, etc.. these guys seem very much by the book with CRCW.
If they tell you hey yea we acquired them and they haven’t released that information to the general public yet, that would put you at a unfair advantage so that’s why it’s illegal and they are right lipped...... if they deny it then it still puts you at a unfair advantage over other shareholders, so illegal once again.... to think they would give that information to any tom dick or harry is plain ridiculous
