Good reading and awesome DD. Kate was already in the gold mine business and that company was a huge failure for shareholders. Looks like the same deal here. If not for having a court order restricting the issue of shares GEGI would probably suffer same fate. Interesting. I find it sad that these same people are able to do this over and over again without having to answer to anyone. Even if found guilty the fines are minimal compared to the amount of revenue generated selling shares. You have to ask yourself what kind of person can sleep at night doing this and to what extent what else would they do to generate income. Lies, manipulation, false documents, pretend relationships all become second nature to a con artist. Kate and Ray are partners here. Both have such a checkered past how can they be trusted?
Best of luck to all but honestly can not see any future here. Even if the "gold mines" produced unreal revenue could you really expect it to be reported. This deal is in one of the most known corrupted parts of the world Colombia with behind the scenes you have two known very questionable characters. My guess is no way. This is going to end with shareholder failure as history repeats once again.
