You keep saying that, but don't acknowledge that FSNR shareholders gets 25% of the new company combining Dynamis and Freestone into one. A much, much larger and stable company.
Shareholders are getting a good deal of having 25% of the merged companies because our side of the bargaining table had shareholders at interest, because combined they hold the bulk of the shares, and got shareholders a good deal.
Yes, it’s odd the excitement of some concerning this takeover, yet there are no new business plans, no outlined goals that demonstrates this new arrangement’s purpose. It’s obvious that the old plan of petrozene and pyrolysis is a flop! I’d agree that this is just a pleasant looking takeover of Fsnr, since the company could not pay its debt to Dynamis.
