You're demonstrating your knowledge (or lack thereof) about the pinks. The Secretary of State gets notified of any share changes/amendments before OTC Markets does. Now don't ask me why, but that just how it goes. It's a good example of how inefficient otc markets is.

Again. I contacted the TA directly about this issue. The response I got was that they are not allowed to give that info out yet. TA, however, updates the OTCMarkets page with what they are given.

And like someone said NVSOS > OTCMarkets.
