Jgbuz, let him call everyone suckers, it doesn't hurt us and he doesn't do it that often. (Besides, when I click on him, he seems to have a long beard instead of just a dollar sign). And maybe we are suckers.

But see, neither he, the other negatives, nor even the longs see what's going on with this stock.

The James Monroe gang bought the crappy .0001 shell to bring in a bunch of their businesses together, then they intend to spin them off. In other words, the companies like Diversified Ethanol will be spun off and they will have a normal share structure. For example, say they spin off xxx company, and they want it to have 50,000,000 shares, they simply issue 1 share for every 1,000 shares of JMCP. Now you still have your JMCP stock, but you also have its progeny.

This plan is right in their disclosures and is clearly what's really on their mind. They say, "Taylor Moffitt, L.L.C. Disclosure: Taylor Moffitt, L.L.C. is in the process of completing what resembles a reverse merger for the purpose of becoming a publicly traded corporation." That's crystal clear.

Look at how the Diversified Ethanol company's website is structured -- it has its own section for investor relations, etc. Because they're going to spin that off too.

So for all those that are buying JMCP so that they can one day sell it at .0002 or .0004 or whatever, it may always stay at .0001.

For those of you that want to have a piece of a bunch of new public companies that are going to be spun off from JMCP, then put your seatbelts on and stay in the damn car. You'll soon find yourself with Diversified Ethanol stock, the Costa Rican resort stock, Taylor Moffitt's real estate stock, etc.

These guys know what they're doing and it isn't focusing on getting the .0001 stock price up. They keep telling us that, they want a bigger company, not a bigger share price. What they aren't promising is that you'll be holding a bunch of their spin-offs. That's because they can't promise it's going to happen because if the NASD or the market makers throw a wrench into the thing, then they don't want to be sued.

In a year, come back and tell me I'm wrong.
