I think the stock is close to a bottom. ADXS-NEO—despite the frustrating delay in starting phase-1—justifies ADXS’ shrunken enterprise value all by itself, IMO.
I was joking yesterday in #msg-135993986 regarding the new stock-option awards, but the fact that ADXS’ three executive officers each received 100K options exercisable at $3.19 may have some beneficial effect.
Although I do not subscribe to the conspiracy theories floated on this board (some of which allege blatantly illegal actions), it is somewhat plausible that ADSX’ officers will work a little harder to deliver on value-enhancing goals now that the monetary upside for each of them has been augmented.
