This is easy, if there's a dispute whether or not Toledo clinic is taking appointments, here's an idea:

Just call them and try to schedule an appointment.

I dont believe you for a second Linda. Anyone can look at Googlemaps and see the businesses around there. I already did prior to you mentioning this to see if there was someone good to call.
