This is a MORE sophisticated and more dangerous form of activism as MOST PEOPEL don't see it coming and are sympathetic to it due to there adversity to ES, DP and CJ but don't see that in the process it is THEIR INVESTMENT that will suffer

Or even worse than this is having an investment that already suffered and realize there are people who will continue to lie and mislead folks in order to maintain support for those who caused the suffering in the first place.

Shouting myself in the foot would be relatively painless compared to the near total evisceration I and many others have received from the current BOD/management with their go it alone strategy and subsequent share price destruction.

PS: And AT THIS POINT RONIN knows they do NOT have the PPHM employees behind them,

I don't work there, so do not have first hand knowledge.

But I do know in general when management cuts a large number of workers while hiring exec types, the employees are not happy with them.

That is such crap.
Everyone nominated by Ronin has extensive background in the CDMO space.

The are deal makers and will get the most for the IP as possible.

THEY HAVE 10% of the Company 4 million shares. They are aligned with shareholders and will get every dime the IP is worth.
Then they will take AVID to levels that will support robust SP upward and keep that trajectory for years to come.
No quick hit motives or MOA's in the group.
