I've been to Dave and Busters before. I would describe it as a combination restaurant, bar, arcade, and pool hall. At least that is what is available at the Dave and Busters by my house. It was several years ago so I may have forgotten a few things (e.g. they may have batting cages). The building is rather large to accommodate all of the different items. It is a free standing building. Most of the games are played by individual people. It is not the kind of place I would think of going to for lunch.
In contrast, I think of uWink as a restaurant for group game playing and other entertainment activities. I think it is a more social setting than Dave and Busters. The restaurants will not require a building as large as Dave and Busters.
