PW, the article you post is valuable for any SH in any company, including PPHM, to read and be aware of. It is interesting to note that Ackman & Pershing Square hedge fund lost their massive proxy contest effort to place 3 candidates on ADP’s BOD— events discussed extensively on CNBC-TV yesterday and today in interviews of Ackman and ADP’s CEO. Those interviews continue even now. The CEO already explained that the ideas proposed by Ackman in a 225 page document were already being implanted by ADP.
I like Ackman personally every time I see him in interviews, but know little about ADP.
I wish PPHM would get such publicity on TV re its proxy contest— some similarities exist, and we perhaps would learn more than we know now.
