This is not new science, so no "peer review" is necessary.

The refining business is more than 100-years old, and the related fields in applied science and engineering are well understood.

A design, like the one MMEX commissioned VFuels to produce can be understood by a sophomore/second-year student in most accredited petroleum engineering programs world-wide.

Ask yourself why no industry trade press, either on the engineering or market sector front is following MMEX. Let me answer for you - MMEX is neither credible, nor of interest.

MMEX exists solely to enrich its insiders via a share-selling scheme.

Due diligence procedures suggest something along the following lines:

- use a search engine, or the established industry sources, and identify a single, stand-alone topping unit in the U.S. that is operating at a profit.

- use a search engine, or the established industry sources, and look at crack spread, refinery operations models, the differences between inland and coastal market refineries, and related refinery economics in the market

You'll find that MMEX fails every basic sniff test.

I tend to agree with you Duke. If I was a oil man from Texas and some start up from Peru waltzed in and set up shop in a prime neighborhood I'd eat my hat. I would rather eat salsa made in New York City. He can't even give one third party source why it won't work despite passing peer review.
