So far Jack has accomplished everything he said he has. But I have also seen some long cons and some crazy crap in penny land. But if Jack is all about a P&D he seems to be going about it the wrong way and leaving billions on the table. He really could have pumped that crap out of this and easily ran it over a dollar. But he didn't. I'm looking for financing and until then I will keep a core and flip the rest. I wouldn't waste my time here unless I had an agenda. My agenda so far is positive but cautious.
