Why didn't Hanks file a 8-K about the land acquisition - where is the 8-K about the financing?

I love the existing agreements between Hanks and Hanks - such as MMEX and Maple Resources - more related party transactions.

So, basically what you're saying is that you don't have a clue what MMEX is doing and you base everything you state on opinion as well.
