no need after 8+ years? what other route leads to payment if not a lawsuit after all of this time? Each company in the series of events over the past decade has what they wanted. They're done.
what other route do you have to achieving any value...this is a toxic shell...it can never be reorganized .. it has no assets no management and huge unresolved debts ...please post facts as to how this can possibly have any value ex of a lawsuit...do you really think that top management at Verizon is going to wake up tomorrow and decide that they need to send money to the shareholders of a defunct company that is eight years in the rear view mirror..
