The one thing he can deliver is hype (at least for now, anyway) so that's what he gives investors. And like a crack addict, the doses get bigger each time. When this announcement doesn't produce the desired high, he'll just do another one announcing $10 billion in bonds.
Rufus has been working this Waatle/Songwi/CVSU/CSHD angle for more than a year. He's not shy; he's perfectly willing to issue press releases to announce trivial little things like his award from the Democratic party. But has he ever issued one to announce the funding of one of his many subsidiaries with real dollar amounts? That's what this company is all about, no? Funding new businesses?
SEC Enforcement should be ashamed of itself for allowing this charade to continue. Truly disgusting.
