If this is the acquisition and that team stays on, it's impressive. Their credentials and experience are top notch.

Assume this is the dental acquisition. Why this specific office? The plan is to expand it into elder care dental offices. However, this looks like a regular family dentist office. The one thing it does have is a great business name perfectly great for continuing through expansions.

I'm assuming we should find out early this week more details from additional research.
