I don't think so. I think they already are merge but went the silent route. To maintain separate entity. Tige had 400 employees while legacy at the time had smaller employees. TIGE still have 2 other division.
This just reminded me why people discard the fact 8k actually mentioned rich dad which was the one leai bought. Then people said no tigrent Inc but it was elite legacy. However, people don't realized, why they mentioned rich dad separately when that was the one that was leai.
Then there is tigrent enterprise that is totally part of tigrent Inc. That is one of the 3 division that tigrent had before they sold rich dad to leai for a take over event of 80%.
This 8k has Tigrent Inc getting the money all over it. Can't disregard tigrent enterprise name on it. Can't suddenly pick tigrent Inc name to be gone but how come rich dad is separated.
It seems more like tigrent Inc is the bigger one. Kind of like alphabet but everyone just know Google.
