My opinion as a shareholder, with assets of 1,240,000,000 (per website of past) the stock could easily trade on otcb premier exchange which is a minimum of $4.00 share. There is no reason to trade on a lesser market unless rdi plans on controlling the stock at pricing it at .01 cent with intentional harm to shareholders. That would be criminal. Let's hope Frank is not a psychopath to try to harm people. I'd like to think he's a better person then that.
