The OS is all relative to the value of the drugs. Leo said P would be worth 1 billion with a successful phase 2b. Sure you can have a much less OS and a drug valued much less as well.

I'm sure there are lots of small BIOS with less O/S shares than IPIX.
But they all did 1 for 20 reverse Splits!!!!
Something that will NEVER happen with IPIX!!!!!
