Wrong again. The big picture of returning the shares will only be of significant value if the company is sold. Meaningless on an everyday basis. Why, is this what you’re concerned with? What the daily market cap is?

Just in case you may have forgotten, this is a penny stock. I wouldn’t anticipate the PPS changing if or when the shares are returned. There’s only a few hundred thousand shares traded on a daily basis.

It's YOU who isn't seeing the big picture. You are seeing only the small picture. The idea here is not daily ups/downs of 10 percent (which by the way, if the company stayed mired in courts & never got sold, ups & downs of 10 percent, if you traded it right, you could make alot of money on that 10 percent, so even in that scenario, 10 percent is not miniscule), but rather its in the hopes that the company does sell at some point & if it did & it was only for a billion, that 10 percent is $100 mil. So in either case, 10 percent is not at all miniscule & mathematically 10 percent is never miniscule. You can keep that fallacy stuck in your head but it is simply incorrect.
