That's almost exactly 50 percent dilution. The math is quite clear. However, in bio, ten percent dilution per year for a pre-rev bio is not bad.

93,000,000 x .50 (50%) = 46,500,000

93,000,000 + 46,500,000 = 139,500,000.

I don’t like agreeing with him but that seems like 50% dilution. Which is pretty good considering all the work done.

Is it necessary or helpful to use such profanity?
