That says shareholders of TIGE keep their TIGE shares and remained shareholders even though they got a dividend in LEAI. What that does NOT say anywhere is that TIGE still owns LEAI. It doesnt say that, and if TIGE doesnt own any shares of LEAI what good does the lawsuit money announced today do for TIGE. It does nothing

TIGE released a copy of the 8k today becuase all the TIGE shareholders got shares of LEAI.
