KT, Exwannabe mentioned 10 days between proxy material and ASM date, but I haven't personally confirmed that. Also not sure how long they can delay. I'm confident that Ronin will force their hand in the courts if PPHM hasn't announced a date by the 13th. My presumption is if PPHM has something to add to the white card that would enhance their chances of staying on the BOD they will not want to delay the vote much longer than what is necessary. If they announce a date far 2-3 months out, and we still don't have proxy material than I presume they are struggling to get a deal that will be acceptable to us.
