The BOD was willing to talk to the Ronin Group if they signed a non disclosure. Peregrine didn't deny, they tried to set boundries.

I get it. Ronin et al want in. It is focused on Avid, has interest in the exosome platform(part of the IP BTW) and would love to hear a definitive answer on what Phosphatidylserine Targeting and Manipulation is and what it can OR cannot do.
