Really? How about the lies our current team has fed us for years? Wouldn’t you think there is some blame for not expanding the Avid client roster to avoid the huge impact on Avid’s bottom line?

It boggles my mind that you can support this team....I forgot, you looked into their eyes at all the various meetings you have attended. Maybe they hypnotized you.

Please take your skepticism of Ronin's comments as they try to takeover pphm. They are pushing the envelope to try and show how bad the current BOD has been.

Now look at what the current team has actually done. The mistakes, lack of accountability, excessive pay, lies or at least misrepresentations, etc. Yes I will give SK the Avid find. However, if the science is any good at all, does the Avid find make up for all the other crap. I mean if most of us were given $900M I would think we could come up with something in 15 years worth $500M. Hell, a savings account would have been way better.

I don't like the idea of a hedge fund gaining control with $16M invested, but I hate the idea of letting this current team have any say so whatsoever.

N40k, perhaps it's time to consider the facts that have recently come to light as it relates to Avid & Steve King:

Seven months ago we were told by King in a quarterly CC and via SEC documented PR's that the company was pursuing sustained profitability with Avid and we would be self-funding R&D. We now know that at the exact same time this was being told to investors/shareholders that he was actively trying to sell Avid, the only revenue generating mechanism we had aside from the ATM. This alone is grounds for another lawsuit.

Now fast forward just a few months after Steve King was trying to sell Avid and we're being told the company is fully transitioning into CDMO and selling the R&D instead. Why all the flip-flopping strategies and lies from him? Now they are also up against a timeline of Nov 13th before lawsuits come in to force a leadership change. All this means that they are now scrambling in a matter of weeks to make some sort of deal with whomever will talk to them. I would call this a fire sale if I've ever seen one.
