xxx,
I just saw this and spoke with John Bianchi about it. John is a very good guy and is building quite a company and knocking down one good contract after another. I don’t know all about this material but yes he had to take a beating on a deal where he was owed a lot of money to settle for pennies on the dollar to move on and accept these judgements, which he is committed to paying back. Sometimes that is the best option so that you can move forward and not be caught up in a lot of he said she said legal matters that can go on for a long time and really bog a company down. There is no cause for concern as he will do it. His reputation is everything. He was understandably upset to see and hear about all the internet chatter. But he is ok now. Amps Electric is a solar company but also a GC for construction projects and electrical. Amps will end up being a good deal for us down the stretch. I am confident in that. We knew that there was a pending settlement matter that needed to be taken care of when we did the deal, we just didn’t know where it was going to end up at the time. This ended up being his best business move from a macro level.
Kind Regards,
Cameron
