Does it seem like Abattis reclaimed 100% of Northern Vine specifically to make their deal with Emerald? If the price to be paid was really over 50% of the company to Emerald, Abattis would definitely want to retain a larger portion of the pie.. and hopefully, if this is the case, the long-term plan here is that Emerald would essentially replace Experion and accomplish more together.
