Outside of the few who have been following this closely why would any one without a great deal of research (by definition this would exclude most speculators and day-traders) buy GERS now? No filings for six months (labeled by OCT Markets as DELINQUENT), apprantly mired in a long, costly legal battle that was lost with a prejudicial ruling against them, no shareholder communication or newsletter, no press releases, a horrible balance sheet with large debt, no true corporate governance, a CEO known for his flights of fancy, a political environment in DC that is NOT ethanol friendly, and, and, ...
We have a great threshold to exceed before we can turn all that negativity around and generate demand for GERS; that will take a concerted effort on the part of KK that may not be forth coming. Yet, if KK is up to the task (meaning it is in his best interest to do so and if SEC regulations trump settlement non-disclosure clauses) Gerslanders may need some Dramamine.
