I think that the absence of dilution is the key here. IMO KK has a plan with that. It’s the key to a higher pps after the deal is done. Why act so different at this stage if you don’t plan on making things public.
I know there can be some legal reasons for that, but I think it is related to the future plans of KK. And a high pps is a part of that.
