This is Called BK Fraud....Hence the DB vs. JPM FDIC WON was a RICO ....Breaching ** Safe Harbor Law** ie ** Consumer Protection Act**...They are Still playing their Game to stay out of Jail, ...Surprising as it may be Huge investment Houses had Billions $$$$ in WAMU and IMHO they are Escrow Holders as well....Why are they Quiet??? is Beyond my Comprehension...BTW, Can anyone Post the RICO 90 Clause out of our POR7 Here???
