I don't think it is necessarily badwill, just keeping their cards close to their chest. Nothing dastardly towards the company or current shareholders, just not letting on what it may be worth so that others would try to derail their aspirations to control PS Targeting and associated tech and move it forward somehow all while monetizing it better than King and Company.

I also believe Avid is more than just your garden variety CDMO.
Micro Batches, Small Batches, Medium Batches or Full Blown Commercial is what I see Avid as accomplishing.
Avid may be the higher tech CDMO that Ronin Group wants.
Of course, Ronin Group also has interest in the Exosome Test Platform which they are also keeping close their chest.
I don't hold it against the Group because of course a good business person would not shout from the hilltops..."We're buying some seriously amazing tech worth billion(s)"
