Based upon what the person that identified himself as senior clinical vp of nantcell said to me, 12-18 months is true. If SK said not true I'd believe that it was John Lee before I'd believe SK. Regarding the 2-1 vote, remember that the outcome is not determined like a political election. They needed a majority of outstanding shares to vote yes for the RS to to be approved. If I remember correctly, the 80+ million affirmative votes was not that great a margin
