JJ1223, 50000 PPHM shares is more then 200K$ on the open market at this time. Yes, that is a vote of confidence by a BoD member.
Except for ES and King, that guys is the only one now owning a decent amount of PPHM shares. AND HE DIDN'T RECEIVE THEM so he has SKIN in the game now, hasn't he?
The PPHM day volume was 500+K hence more then 3.5 Mil shares pre-RS.
