Just want to go on record here:

WMIH's business plan has nothing whatsoever to do - in this universe or any other - with the WMILT or the closeout of either the BK or the FDIC receivership.

WMIH is attempting to make an acquisition that will allow it to utilize the NOL's. They came close in 2015, and hopefully are near to closing one now.

Again, can not wait for the close-out just to see how far some of these assumptions are way off.
