WHAT EXPERIENCED INVESTOR WOULD IGNORE SOMETHING AS SERIOUS AS THE TA BEING GAGGED?

No defense necessary. Transitioned to emails Oct 2.

That wasn't a defense, but an effort to show that until recently, Madison Stock Transfer would provide HEMP's OS whether one called or emailed, and didn't ask for a name or shareholder status. IOW, one didn't need to be special in any way to get the OS prior to "the gagging", but only had to call (up until about Oct 2,) or email the TA.

I called sixteen times between Dec 30, 2016 and Oct 2, 2017, but on Oct 2, I was told to send an email to the "info" address. I sent the email using an address that doesn't contain my name, signing it only as "Dave", and quickly received a response, which I showed in the email chain in the post from yesterday.

FWIW, since 2014 I've emailed or called the transfer agents for 4 - 5 companies to ask the OS. None asked me for my name or shareholder status, but some said to contact the company, while others provided the OS.

Last week for the first time, I emailed (using same anonymous email address) Empire Stock Transfer by email to ask the OS of Dewmar, one of Perlowin's former consulting clients, and within minutes, received the latest OS from a gentleman named Rico Portaro. I posted a message to that company's message board, asking if anyone had recently contacted the TA about the OS, but I did not mention the number. Within a few minutes of the post, another member relayed that he had just emailed the TA and posted the number, which was from Rico, and identical to the number I received:

BTW, over the past few years, other posters on that board would regularly report the OS numbers that they had just received from Empire.

Obviously, if multiple, different transfer agents will give the OS to anonymous, random callers or emailers, there is no law against it. To reveal or not is purely the decision of the TA and the company.

If Perlowin wants to be transparant and maintain his claim of fairness, he should work with a Transfer Agent who participates in OTC Markets Transfer Agent Verified Shares Program, which has been in existance since at least March, 2017:
