This guy still arguing about patent, hilarious We applied for US PATENT and well yes what is defined as international patent is in fact old WIPO application now replaced with US
LOL...I contacted WIPO DIRECTLY instead of listening to baseless speculations a while ago! And, I posted on this board what they said!
Registering at WIPO is for INTERNATIONAL IP protection! NO COUNTRY can touch OWCP IP now. Any country attempt to claim OWCP IP will lose in the court of law! PERIOD! OWCP can wait and file for the patent in ANY COUNTRY ANY TIME THEY WANT! Their IP is PROTECTED INTERNATIONALLY! Rejection claim is bogus and it has been discussed here many times before!
IP Services
Businesses and innovators need easy, cost-effective ways to protect their inventions, their brands, and their designs in multiple countries.
WIPO offers a range of global services for protecting intellectual property (IP) across borders, and for resolving IP disputes outside the courts.
Pretty much no one on here is talking about patents -- real, imagined, provisional, applied-for, whatever -- except you. You're beating the crap out of that drum.
We get it. You've made your point. Can we move on to a different topic?
