I'm not so sure KOSP should be happy. Merck may be very happy with their internal niacin program and perhaps sees no need for an analog if their flushing inhibitor is doing its job well.

I'm kind of glad to see some bad news out of Arena. Had to lighten up on it a bit to fund various housing crash bets. Now every time Arena has a big up day I feel sick about all the shares I sold.
