A board of directors is important for publicly traded companies but ptoi does not need one until they actually have problems to solve. Right now the only problem they have is selling a machine. I mean seriously there is no way a bod carries any weight. We are way beyond that, no one cares.
We have heard so many bs stories for the last 8 years. It's time to deliver substance. Cash is the only thing that matters. Not even delivering a machine to a business that will agree to buy for x upon x pounds being processed. Cash on delivery that is it.
You can have your board of directors I prefer making money myself.
